Job Description:

QA Lead is responsible for building and managing the team of QA engineers. The individual will lead/manage the testing of all the solutions developed at Jaypar. The responsibilities includes owning, supervising and managing Functional testing, Integration testing, Load/Performance testing.

The candidate should be able to write the relevant test plans and test case. The responsibilities include providing mentoring to the QA team members regarding various QA processes, tools, and technologies, implement training programs on different mobile testing certifications, implement processes to ensure the highest level of quality, and work closely with the delivery team.

The candidate must be able to work independently with minimum guidance / supervision.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years of managing/leading QA teams. (Wireless/Mobile technologies)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self Starter, Great Team player and motivator.
• Good understanding of Software Life Cycle.
• Experience with Functional testing, Integration testing, performance testing, and Test Automation.
• Hands on experience with testing on Android, iPhone, Blackberry, J2ME, BREW, Symbian devices.
• Experience with Web applications testing.
• Experience on various mobile QA certifications like TRUE BREW, Symbian Signed, Java verified etc.
• BE / MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
