SBA 8(a) Certification
 The
U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development
Program, named for a section of the Small Business Act, helps socially
and economically disadvantaged American citizens gain access to the
economic mainstream. Jaypar received 8(a) certification in June 2002

 8(a)
Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC
is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. This
is an IDIQ contract to provide Information Technology Services. Under
this contract JAYPAR will be able to provide over 47 types of IT services
in Custom Computer Programming Services, Computer Systems Design Services
and Computer Facilities Management Services.
